Good Morning friends. I am so blessed that you stopped by today! I was out of town last week for 5 days and my home was in order when I left but when I got back it was in a mess! So all week I have been trying to play catch up. So my workout and eating kinda took a set back.

I will be ready to rock and roll again on Monday morning! One of the greatest things in life is falling and getting back up as many times as it takes to get where you are going. If we didnt fall we would never get better.

We will be drinking 100ozs of water a day, exercising every day, and adding in Seven+ PROformance to help us lose even more body fat!! Who is with me? Lets lose 20lbs in 35 days!

Here are some tips to really get your fat loss started:

1. Eating 6 small meals a day. 3 meals and 3 snacks
2. Drink 100ozs of water all day long
3. Exercise 5-6 days a week
4.Eat protein, veggies/fruit, and complex carb with each meal

You make think eating 6 times a day is too much it really is not. When you eat 6 times a day its filling you car with gas except you do it every 21/2 -3 hours in stead of when your empty. Keeps your metabolize going and that is what helps you lose weight.

Drinking water will keep you flushed. Light pee means you are hydrated, yellow pee means you are dehydrated. Drink a ton of water and lay out sodas. You will see a change just for cutting out sodas.

Exercising can any movement more then you were doing. I work out at home with Bob and Jillian from Biggest Loser. They have a ton of tapes out there. I am looking at the Brazilian Butt Lift workout! I am very excited to get this in.
