Good Morning friends. I am thankful that you stopped by today. Its Fitness Friday and I am going to share some healthy high protein recipes today to help you with your weight loss. Eating 6 times a day will help you lose weight quicker and healthier.

I dont like to think of myself being on a diet more of a health lifestyle. The food is yummy and I can get my kids on board and they have no idea we are eating so good.

I change up my meals every week. Here is my meal plan for the next week. Getting prepared is the key to successful weight loss. So knowing what you are doing to eat all week and making your meals ahead of time is very important especially if you are very busy!

Meal #1 Breakfast: (Eating at 7am)
Vanilla Cream Oatmeal
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 scoop of protein
packet of splenda
little pinch of cinnamon

Meal #2 Snack (10am)
High Protein Blueberry Cookies
4 egg whites
1/2 c oatmeal
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of fresh blueberries

Meal #3 Lunch (1pm)
Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken
4 chicken breast
2 tbsp natural honey
1 garlic chopped
1 tsp basil
salt
pepper
1 1/2 cup of fresh steam broccoli

Meal #4 Snack (3:30pm)
High Protein Jello
1 package of sugar free jello
1 scoop of protein powder (try to match your jello, ex strawberry protein powder to strawberry jello)

Meal #5 Dinner (6:30pm)
Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken
4 chicken breast
2 tbsp natural honey
1 garlic chopped
1 tsp basil
salt
pepper
1 1/2 cup of fresh steam broccoli

Meal #6 late night snack (9:30 roughly)
Brownie in a Cup
1 egg
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tbsp water

Drinking water all day long, cutting out soda all together, exercising regularly will increase your healthy. When eating like this you want to make sure your body is getting all the vitamins and nutrients that you need and you can do that by taking Seven+ PROformance. Take a shot 3-4 times a day. If you are working out regularly and intensely you will want to take 2 shots before workout and 2 shots after workout.
