Good Morning friends. Thanks so much for stopping by today for Fitness Friday! I really enjoy writing every week and most of all for YOU stopping by. Please leave a comment and let me know you stopped by.

As you know I am eating high protein meals 6 times and say to help me lose body fat. I shared with you last Friday my 6 meal, meal plan. It went ok, had some lazy days this week, my own fault but praying to do better this week.

Here is my 6 meal, meal plan for Monday May 17th. Would love to hear your thoughts on how you stay motivated every week.

Meal #1 Breakfast: (Eating at 7am)
Reese’s Style Oatmeal
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of skim milk
1 scoop of chocolate protein
packet of splenda
1 tsp of Natural Peanut Butter

Meal #2 Snack (10am)
Hummas
1 c of raw baby carrots

Meal #3 Lunch (1pm)
Italian Chicken Parmesan
4 chicken breast (6oz)
1 c of whole wheat bread crumbs
2 c of favorite spaghetti sauce
½ c of low fat Parmesan Cheese
3 egg whites
1 1/2 cup of fresh steam broccoli or any veggie of your choice (remember green veggies are unlimited through out the day, yummy)

Meal #4 Snack (3:30pm)
High Protein Jello
1 package of sugar free jello
1 scoop of protein powder (try to match your jello, ex strawberry protein powder to strawberry jello)

Meal #5 Dinner (6:30pm)
Grilled Tex-Mex Chicken
4 chicken breast (6oz)
1 c of salsa
1/3 c of low fat cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 diced green and red pepper
1 fresh squeezed lime
Salt & pepper
1 1/2 cup of fresh steam broccoli or any veggie of your choice (remember green veggies are unlimited through out the day, yummy)

Meal #6 late night snack (9:30 roughly)
Brownie in a Cup
1 egg
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
1 tbsp water

Also adding in 3-6 ozs of Seven+ PROformance helps really increase your fat loss. This product helps break down the fat cells and get rids of unwanted fat. That is always a plus. It also gives you natural energy that will last throughout the day. With more endurance during a workout and help with faster recovery its worth adding in this amazing liquid botanical health drink.

Exercising every week is also a key factor to losing weight.
This week lets focus on INNER THIGHS. I got some great pointers from Patricia Zellkovsky on 2 great exercises to do for our inner thighs check them out:

Here are two exercises that will assist in toning the inner thigh. The first is specific to the inner thigh, and the second can add more tone to the inner thigh, but it mostly supports the outer thigh muscles; the inner thigh acts as a support as the outer thigh is exercised.

Under Leg Lifts
• Lie on one side on the floor. Place a pillow under the head to make sure the spine is aligned.
• Bend the leg closest to the ceiling and move it to the floor in front so that the other leg is exposed to the ceiling.
• Move the newly exposed leg toward the ceiling.
• Hold that position for a few seconds. Put the leg down.
• Repeat this exercise as many times as needed, but hold it for no longer than thirty seconds on each rep to begin with. Take a thirty second break before switching sides. Repeat the exercise again. For a challenge, hold the under leg for longer periods of time. Adjust the timing of each side of the body to accommodate the new challenge.

Upper Leg Lifts
• Lie on one side on the floor. Place a pillow under the head to ensure alignment of the spine.
• From the lying position, lift the leg closest to the ceiling so that it extends to the side of the body.
• Bring the leg to its original position and repeat the process.
• Repeat as many times as needed, but for no more than thirty seconds. Take a thirty second break before switching sides. For a greater challenge, purchase an elastic training band. Place one end of the band around each ankle. The bottom leg will serve as an anchor to provide some resistance as the top leg is extended.
