Afternoon friends. I am blessed that you have stopped by today. Its week 2 of “Make Your Home a Haven” challenge that my friend Courtney over at “Women Living Well” is putting on.

I have had a great time with this challenge. Last week we had to light a candle and pray every time we looked at it. It also set the mood around the house. I enjoyed the smell and know the family did to.

Week 2 challenge: is Play soft music every day in your home. I will say that this one is easy for me because I already do that. I dont watch much tv anymore so when I get up in the morning I have my quit time with God and then head over to turn the tunes on to our Christian station His radio. There is always a good song to start the day along with short verses to get our days started. Also focus on using peaceful words and maintaining peaceful relationships.

Remind the family to speak kind, gentle  and no fussing while being the role model of gentleness this week.

Are you doing this challenge? How is it going? Would love to hear in the comments.

Serving With Joy,

Philippians 4:6-7 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
