As we eagerly work with our hands this week preparing recipes for our families lets soak on Colossians 3:23.

This verse always gives me joy when I am feeling run down to carry on. Serving our family just as if we were serving Jesus Himself will always give you that extra boost we need to get through the week!

Today I will be sharing “White Chocolate Protein Shake”

white chocolate protein shakeYou have seen me post my breakfast shakes on our Facebook Community now take a peak at how they are put together. Here are all the ingredients you will need for this amazing protein shake.

greek yogurtFirst add 1/2 cup of greek fat free yogurt or fat free cottage cheese to the blender first then 1/2 cup of water

protein powder

Next add in 1 scoop of Protein to the blender. I use Designer Whey Protein because it is 100 calories a scoop.  Adding the water/yogurt/cottage cheese helps the shake to blend easier.

splendaThen add 4 packets of Nusteiva sweetner or 2 Tbsp of Splenda or your favorite sweetner. If you like your shakes sweeter you can add more to your liking.

jellow2 Tbsp of sugar free fat free pudding.

blenderFor thick shake add 5-10, half way full, of ice for thinner shake add 1 cup of water and less ice.

blendingBlend until think about 1-2 min is a good time to get all the ice chopped up and blended well.

Finally the end result and shake like protein shake. SO yummy!  Optional: crushed up white chocolate chips and no sugar added chocolate syrup.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of fat free greek yogurt/fat free cottage cheese

1 scoop of protein

1/2 cup of water

2-4 packets of steiva

2 Tbsp sugar free pudding

5-10 ice cubes

Optional toppings: white chocolate chips, no sugar added chocolate syrup

Instructions:

Put all ingredient’s into blender and blend well
